Almond Flour is simply raw blanched whole almonds that have been ground into a fine powder. Use almond flour in cakes, cookies, muffins and other baked goods. It is also great as a breading for meats and vegetables. Almond Flour is low in carbohydrates and a good source of protein, fiber, vitamin E, and magnesium. Store in your freezer to extend its shelf life. Replace up to 1/4 cup Almond Flour per cup of wheat flour called for in your recipe.
