Mix the brownie ingredients until a thick batter forms and then bake at 350 degrees for 27 minutes.
Cool down the brownies COMPLETELY and place in the freezer for 20 minutes. then, add the almond butter layer.
Place in the freezer for 30 more minutes, remove and add the chocolate layer. place back in the freezer for two hours to set.
Remove and let the hard chocolate top thaw for about 15 minutes or until you see it start to thaw so that when you cut the bars into squares, the chocolate doesn’t crack.
Place back in the freezer for 30 minutes so the brownie layer becomes more firm and enjoy!
