Skinny Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Barney Butter Unsweetened Powdered Almond Butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Berries of your choice
  • Optional: a dash of sea salt

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a jar with a lid and mix well.
  2. Let it sit in the fridge overnight or at least 6 hours.
  3. Top with berries and a drizzle of your favorite Barney Butter
  4. Enjoy!
