Piña Colada Popsicles with Powdered Almond Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Barney Butter Unsweetened Powdered Almond Butter
  • 1 cup water
  • Fresh pineapple
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Popsicle molds and popsicle sticks

Directions

  1. Mix Barney Butter Unsweetened Powdered Almond Butter and 1 cup water.
  2. Once mixed well, stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Drop two small freshly cut pineapple chunks into each popsicle mold.
  4. Fill molds with Barney Butter Unsweetened Powdered Almond Butter mixture.
  5. Put in the popsicle sticks and sprinkle the bottoms with more shredded coconut or other fun ingredients like cacao nibs!
  6. Freeze overnight.
  7. Enjoy!
