- 2 tablespoons Barney Butter Unsweetened Powdered Almond Butter
- 1 cup water
- Fresh pineapple
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Popsicle molds and popsicle sticks
- Mix Barney Butter Unsweetened Powdered Almond Butter and 1 cup water.
- Once mixed well, stir in remaining ingredients.
- Drop two small freshly cut pineapple chunks into each popsicle mold.
- Fill molds with Barney Butter Unsweetened Powdered Almond Butter mixture.
- Put in the popsicle sticks and sprinkle the bottoms with more shredded coconut or other fun ingredients like cacao nibs!
- Freeze overnight.
