¾ cup sugar

½ tsp vanilla extract

2 ounces peanut butter syrup (or more!)

2 shots freshly brewed espresso

6 to 8 ounces milk of choice

Directions

Whisk the water and sugar together over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Whisk in the peanut butter and vanilla until combined. Let the mixture bubble and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes, whisking often.

Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool completely before using. You can store this in the fridge for about a week!
For ICED peanut butter lattes
Fill a glass with ice. Add the peanut butter syrup. Top with the espresso. Stir together. Add the milk on top and stir or shake.
For HOT peanut butter lattes
Start by adding peanut butter syrup to your glass. Pour in the hot espresso. Stir thoroughly to combine. Gently pour in the steamed milk on top.
