Ingredients
(Makes 6 half size rolls):

3 large tortillas

6 Tbsp Barney Butter Peanut Butter (Smooth or Crunchy)

3 ripe bananas

3 tsp honey

1 Tbsp butter

1 tsp cinnamon
Directions

Lay each tortilla flat and spread 2 tablespoons of Barney Butter Peanut Butter evenly over the surface.

Place one banana in the center of each tortilla.

Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over each banana.

Roll each tortilla tightly around the banana, tucking it securely to create a wrap.

Slice each roll in half to make 6 smaller, snack-sized portions.

Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place the roll-ups seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden and slightly crisp.

Remove from the skillet and lightly sprinkle with cinnamon for a warm, spiced finish.

Serve warm or pack them as on-the-go snacks!
