1/4 tsp. flaky sea salt (or if using regular sea salt, just use a pinch)
1 1/2 cups mixed nuts (pecans, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, walnuts, peanuts and brazil nuts all work)
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup salted pretzels
1/4 cup M&M’s
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350° F. Line a baking sheet with greaseproof or parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, stir together Barney Butter Almond Butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Add the mixed nuts and coconut flakes to the wet ingredients. Stir well to combine - it will be sticky. Make sure everything is well coated.
Spread the nuts out onto the lined baking sheet, spreading them out as flat as you can.
Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown, tossing after about 10 minutes in the oven. Leave to cool completely on the baking sheet.
Once cool, add to a large bowl and toss with the other ingredients - golden raisins, salted pretzels, and M&M’s. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
