Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Barney Butter Crunchy Almond Butter
- 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp. coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. flaky sea salt (or if using regular sea salt, just use a pinch)
- 1 1/2 cups mixed nuts (pecans, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, walnuts, peanuts and brazil nuts all work)
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup salted pretzels
- 1/4 cup M&M’s
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F. Line a baking sheet with greaseproof or parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, stir together Barney Butter Almond Butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add the mixed nuts and coconut flakes to the wet ingredients. Stir well to combine - it will be sticky. Make sure everything is well coated.
- Spread the nuts out onto the lined baking sheet, spreading them out as flat as you can.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown, tossing after about 10 minutes in the oven. Leave to cool completely on the baking sheet.
- Once cool, add to a large bowl and toss with the other ingredients - golden raisins, salted pretzels, and M&M’s. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
