- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons Barney Butter Smooth Almond Butter
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 1/2 cups Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
- Chocolate coating: melt 1/2 cup coconut oil with 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons Barney Butter Smooth Almond Butter. Set aside.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix almond flour, vanilla extract, 1/2 cup Barney Butter Smooth Almond Butter, and 1/2 cup coconut oil.
- Add in up to 1 cup chocolate chips.
- Pour almond butter batter into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
- Optional: dip into chocolate coating, freeze for an extra half hour. Enjoy!
