- 2 cups coconut milk or almond milk
- 6 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt
- Chocolate Barney Butter
- Cherries (optional)
- Blueberries (optional)
- Chopped nuts (optional)
- Granola (optional)
- Coconut flakes (optional)
- Maple syrup (optional)
Directions
- In a lidded 4-cup jar, combine milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. Cover and shake to combine. Chill for a few hours, then give it a good stir to loosen any clumps. Continue chilling overnight until the pudding is set.
- Top with melted Barney Butter, fruit, nuts, coconut flakes, and maple syrup and serve.
