Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding


  • 2 cups coconut milk or almond milk
  • 6 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon. cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon. sea salt
  • Chocolate Barney Butter
  • Cherries (optional)
  • Blueberries (optional)
  • Chopped nuts (optional)
  • Granola (optional)
  • Coconut flakes (optional)
  • Maple syrup (optional)


  1. In a lidded 4-cup jar, combine milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. Cover and shake to combine. Chill for a few hours, then give it a good stir to loosen any clumps. Continue chilling overnight until the pudding is set.
  2. Top with melted Barney Butter, fruit, nuts, coconut flakes, and maple syrup and serve.
Yield: 3-4 servings
