Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Barney Butter Smooth or Barney Butter Bare Smooth Almond Butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup pecans, broken into smaller pieces
- ½ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- ½ cup almonds, roughly chopped
- 1 cup pecans, broken into smaller pieces
- 1 cup pecans, broken into smaller pieces
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate bar, roughly chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, stir together cinnamon, oats, pecans, walnuts, and almonds. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine the Barney Butter and honey. Microwave in 30 second increments until the mixture is smooth.
- Spread oat mixture on a baking sheet, drizzle Barney Butter mixture over oat mixture, and mix together.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the granola is golden brown.
- Once the granola is cooled, mix in the dark chocolate. Enjoy over ice cream, yogurt, or simply enjoy as a snack!
