Ingredients
- Barney Butter Chocolate Almond Butter

4 bananas, sliced

1 egg, beaten

8 sheets spring roll wrappers (or wonton wrappers)

whipped cream as a topper
- powdered sugar as a topper
Directions

Prepare the spring roll wrappers according to the package directions.

Place 5-6 banana slices in the middle of each re-hydrated spring roll wrapper, and add as much Barney Butter as desired.

Fold one side of the spring roll over the banana/ chocolate almond butter filling.

Then fold the two short ends over the long end that was just folded over the filling.

Continue rolling the rest of the spring roll until it forms into a complete roll.

Brush the beaten egg over all sides of the spring roll.

Place in the air fryer at 400 °F for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Enjoy with your favorite whipped cream, and dust with powdered sugar.
