Almond Joy Overnight Oats


  • 3/4 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Barney Butter Bare Smooth Almond Butter
  • Splash of almond extract
  • Coconut flakes
  • Mini chocolate chips


  1. Combine oats, milk, chia seeds and almond extract in a Tupperware or mason jar.
  2. Place in fridge overnight to let the overnight oats form.
  3. Add Barney Butter Bare Smooth Almond Butter, coconut flakes and chocolate chips.
