Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Barney Butter Smooth Almond Butter
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 6 to 8 ounces unsweetened almond milk
  • A few ice cubes

Directions

  1. Blend ingredients.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon if preferred.
