- 1/2 cup whole grain oats
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 medium banana
- 1 large tablespoon Barney Butter Smooth Almond Butter
- 1 teaspoon hazelnuts
- Microwave flax, water and oatmeal for 60 seconds in the microwave or until thick.
- Slice banana and add to oatmeal.
- Top with almond butter and hazelnuts.
