Homemade Chocolate Almond Lara Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup apricots/dates
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 3/4 + 1/4 cup rolled oats

Directions

  1. Finely process the almonds, cashews, 3/4 cup oats and chocolate chips; if you want you can save some to add later on… or just add more!
  2. Place in a bowl with the rest of the oats and the pureed apricots/dates.
  3. Just as before, mix, freeze and cut!
