- 1 1/4 cup apricots/dates
- 1/2 cup Barney Bakery Blanched & Roasted Almonds
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 3/4 + 1/4 cup rolled oats
- Finely process the almonds, cashews, 3/4 cup oats and chocolate chips; if you want you can save some to add later on… or just add more!
- Place in a bowl with the rest of the oats and the pureed apricots/dates.
- Just as before, mix, freeze and cut!
